Most school labs are set up once and forgotten. We build labs that are alive every week — with a curriculum that grows with your students, teachers who are trained continuously, and a programme aligned to where India's AI economy is heading.
Across India, thousands of school robotics labs — including many set up under the Atal Tinkering Lab programme — sit underutilised within months of installation. Teachers were not adequately trained. Students lost interest. The hardware was never connected to a curriculum that grows. The vendor left after setup day.
SaturnIQ Academy is built around one belief: the lab is not the product. The outcome is. We deliver a fully managed Lab-as-a-Service — combining industry-grade hardware, a structured AI and robotics curriculum, continuous teacher development, annual updates, and a network of industry and university connections — so that your lab is the most active room in your school, not the most expensive storage space.

Our Labs
Grades 4 to 12 · Fully managed · ATL-aligned

A structured, six-grade curriculum that takes students from their first circuit in Grade 4 to building and pitching an AI-powered venture in Grade 12. Every session uses open source, industry-standard hardware — the same tools that appear on engineering job descriptions — not educational toys.
What's included:
Outcome for the school:
CBSE CT & AI mandate fully delivered. NAAC evidence generated automatically. A lab that parents mention by name when choosing a school.
BTech Years 1–4 · Curriculum + faculty development + industry linkage

India produces 1.5 million engineering graduates every year. Fewer than 15% are considered job-ready by the companies recruiting them. The gap is not knowledge — it is the inability to deploy AI to hardware, work with real sensor data, and build systems that function outside a controlled environment.
SaturnIQ Academy builds Physical AI labs for BTech institutions — where students train ML models on data they collected themselves, deploy computer vision systems to edge hardware, programme autonomous robots, and complete a final-year capstone evaluated by an external industry panel.
What's included:
Outcome for the institution:
Placement differentiation. NAAC/NBA Programme Outcome evidence. Faculty who can genuinely teach AI, not just reference it.
What Students Learn
Every grade has a clear purpose. Every session ends with something that works. No student leaves without understanding why what they built functions — and why it sometimes fails.
Grades 4–5
Circuits, sensors, basic mechanics, first robot. Students wire their first sensor, build a moving robot, and write their first programme. Curiosity first. Confidence second.
Grade 6
Arduino microcontrollers, IoT data pipelines, autonomous obstacle-avoidance. Students build a connected sensor system that sends live data to an online dashboard.
Grade 7
Multi-sensor data collection, pattern analysis, full design thinking project. Students collect weeks of real school data, find patterns in it, and build a solution for a problem a real person has.
Grade 8
Raspberry Pi, Python, Pi Camera, image classification. Students train their first AI model on photographs they collected and deploy it to hardware. The model does not always work — and understanding why is the most important part.
Grade 9
AI HAT accelerator, object detection, autonomous tracked robot, full innovation project. Students build an AI-powered system, present it as a product, and pitch it to an external audience.
BTech Years 1–4
Edge inference, computer vision, autonomous navigation, agentic AI systems. Students graduate with a verified portfolio of real deployed systems and a capstone evaluated by industry.
Going Further
The AI Innovation Hub is a Centre of Excellence within your school — a permanent, structured programme that takes students from Grade 6 to Grade 12 through three tracks: building AI systems, applying them to real problems, and developing them into ventures pitched to investors at an annual Demo Day.
Students in the Hub build live online portfolios, receive feedback from real investors, present at the annual SaturnIQ Demo Day in front of university admissions officers and industry professionals, and can receive the Pioneer Award — seed support and formal enterprise introductions for the best ventures.
The Hub is available as an add-on to the school lab programme for institutions that want to go beyond CBSE compliance and build something genuinely distinctive.

About Us
SaturnIQ Intelligent Solutions is an AI transformation company founded by IIT and IIM alumni, with offices in Jaipur, Pune, and Doha, Qatar. We work with enterprises across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and financial services to design and deploy practical AI solutions.
Our education division — SaturnIQ Academy — was built because we saw the same gap in every institution we worked with: the students entering the workforce had no practical experience with the tools the industry was actually using. Axoniq is our answer to that gap
