     Candidate resume come in variety of formats and to screen them against an open role is a time taking process. We built resume parser which automated initial screening of resumes by using NLP AI tools to extract and standardize information. This information can then be compared against the skill and other requirements of the role to filter out the list of candidates

2. Recruitment Process Flow automation

     Creating a workflow where resource managers can initiate the request and then it can be routed to different HR departments and various steps can be performed and registered. Automation helps avoid manual email approvals, provides transparency on open requests and aging amongst other benefits

3. Attrition Predictor

     Identify potential levers of employee dissatisfaction and likely causes of attrition. This statistical solution included multiplez different data sources to build an attrition predictor. Data included employee demographics (Age, Experience, Career Stage etc.), Exit interviews from previous employees, employee surveys, other HR metrics such as performance, compensation etc.
